Hwang Bishop examines each item to ensure that it is in perfect condition before shipping. The carrier is responsible for the merchandise from the time the package is picked up until the actual delivery.
Upon delivery, the recipient is responsible for inspecting the boxes for any signs of possible damage, such as a crushed or pierced boxes or any rattling that might indicate concealed damage. The purchaser must note such damages on shipping receipt from carrier before accepting and signing for the package.
The recipient must open and inspect the content of all boxes immediately upon arrival. Should there be any issues upon delivery, please contact us immediately at email@example.com or 401-245-9557 for assistance.
Any damages must be reported within 2 business days to qualify and all boxes and packing materials must be saved until the claim is approved.
In case of damages from UPS, Hwang Bishop is responsible for filing a claim and must be notified by the recipient within 2 business days.
