Terms & Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to start production on an order. Balance, including shipping costs, are due before shipping. Once production has begun, all sales are final. Rights to custom designs are the sole property of Hwang Bishop unless otherwise specified.

Any completed merchandise that is stored by Hwang Bishop for over 30 days will be charged a monthly storage fee of 2% of the total invoice.

Shipping Information & Pricing

All shipping charges are to be prepaid before release of order. Hwang Bishop ships all orders via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. Hwang Bishop will not be held responsible for any deliveries that cannot be delivered because of on site conditions.

UPS will make up to three delivery attempts along with notification attempts. If the package(s) cannot be delivered, UPS will return the package(s) to Hwang Bishop. Purchaser is responsible and will be billed for any return shipping charges, re-packaging and re-shipping costs that incur.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.  If you received a damaged or defective item please get in touch with us ASAP!

Hwang Bishop examines each item to ensure that it is in perfect condition before shipping. The carrier is responsible for the merchandise from the time the package is picked up until the actual delivery.

Upon delivery, the receipt is responsible for inspecting the boxes for any signs of possible damage, such as a crushed or pierced boxes or any rattling that might indicate concealed damage. The purchaser must note such damages on shipping receipt from carrier before accepting and signing for the package.

The receipt must open and inspect the content of all boxes immediately upon arrival. Should there be any issues upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@shophwangbishop.com or 401-245-9557 for assistance.

Any damages must be reported within 2 business days to qualify and all boxes and packing materials must be saved until the claim is approved.

In case of damages from UPS, Hwang Bishop is responsible for filing a claim and must be notified by the recipient within 2 business days.

All of our products are available for shipping in the U.S.A. Currently international shipping is unavailable.

A lot of our packages are fairly sizable to ensure products are shipped safely because of this we do not ship to PO Boxes. If you have any questions regarding shipping please email info@shophwangbishop.com.

We ship our lighting products via UPS Ground which typically takes 3-5 days. You will receive a UPS tracking number from UPS when your item has shipped.

Glaze Sample orders are shipped vis USPS with no tracking number. You will receive a notification when your Glaze Samples have shipped.

Cancellation Policy

Changes or cancellation of an order must be made within 24 hours of purchase and will incur a 10% change/cancellation fee. All of our products are made to order therefore there are no cancellations after 24 hours of purchase. Cancelllation of an order after 24 hours will only be accepted at the discretion of Hwang Bishop and is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Custom orders (including custom color and custom sizing) are not refundable.

Any changes made to an order after 24 hours of purchase must be approved by Hwang Bishop and will incur a 20% change fee.

Hwang Bishop is not responsible for installation charges, damages during installation or any conditions beyond our control.
